#34 (part 2) The full tour of Canterbury

Being in Canterbury for the whole weekend gave us the time to have two weekend adventures: one in the downs just West of town on Saturday, one in town on Sunday.

We toured the whole town, stopping by the Norman castle, and the UNESCO sites of the Augustine Abbey and St Martin's Church (the oldest remaining church in the English speaking world).

Despite being weighed down by having our luggage and our baby to carry, we walked up to a park on a hill with views over the town and surrounding hills and woods.

After a fun picnic, Pemi, with a helping hand from Jasmine, powerfully climbed up the little mound to the high point of the park. We call them hill strides and they make you strong!
